This website and its content are provided for informational and ordering purposes only. By visiting our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages in your jurisdiction.


2. Online Orders via Toast
We partner with Toast to process online orders. When placing an order through our website, you may be redirected to Toast’s platform. Your use of Toast is subject to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms. Vinci Winery is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms.


3. Payments
All payments for online orders are securely processed through Toast. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and fees may apply.


4. Pick-up & Availability

  • Orders placed online are for pick-up at Vinci Winery in New Kensington.

  • Alcohol purchases require valid government-issued ID at the time of pick-up.

  • Orders may be subject to minimum purchase requirements or availability.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may only be canceled or modified prior to fulfillment.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Certain items, including opened wine bottles or partially consumed food, are not eligible for return.

6. Responsible Consumption
Vinci Winery promotes responsible enjoyment of our wines, food, and cigar lounge offerings. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or unable to provide valid ID.


7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Vinci Winery and may not be copied or reused without prior written consent.


8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure accurate information, but Vinci Winery is not liable for errors, interruptions, or damages arising from the use of this site or third-party services such as Toast.
