Refund Policy

At Vinci Winery, we take pride in providing exceptional food, wine, and service. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases, including:

  • Online orders placed through Toast

  • In-restaurant food, wine, or cigar purchases

  • Event tickets, deposits, or reservations

If you experience an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a quality concern), please contact us immediately at 724-212-3299 or info@vinciwinery.com so we can address it promptly. While refunds are not provided, we may offer a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.
